Paint chipping and scratching 4 days after completion. Spoke to Diego and he did not seem interested in standing behind his work. It was a two day spraying/painting process and paint and shellac was left on my kitchen floor in open paint cans overnight. Besides the harsh smell in our house (why not put the lids on the paint cans). I looked for them but could not find them. Diego told me this would not affect the paint or the shellac or the performance. Stellar Home Remodeling provided an exceptional experience for my exterior painting. However, the flooring installation fell short of my expectations. A brown adhesive residue remains on the new carpeting, despite repeated attempts at removal. While Diego offered to replace the soiled carpet, he denied any responsibility for the damage. Additionally, the laminate flooring installation was uneven, and he attempted to charge for corrective work after completion, without providing an opportunity for proper remediation during the initial remodeling. The guest room installation was satisfactory. Their subcontractors were always professional, friendly, and showed up on time. In the course of the project we had a couple unexpected complications pop up but Stellar was able to come up with solutions which we were very happy with.
